Returns Policy

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive (this does not apply to companies). Consumers are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 14 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed. Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.

Delivery to Customs Duty Areas

Please note that if the customer requests delivery to a customs duty area, this is entirely the responsibility of the customer. Be aware that our company cannot influence the customs procedures and rules of the destination country, nor can we alter the product description on the invoice. If the customer fails to receive the product due to customs procedures following the purchase, the entire cost of the return process will be borne by the customer. In such cases, the refund amount will automatically be reduced by the total cost of the return process.
