Your pack shipment
The products available in our webshop are in stock except table tennis blades. Table tennis laminas and handles are ready to assemble and need 5-7 business days to be ready to ship. Packages are generally dispatched within 5-7 days after receipt of payment. For the most natural feeling and the highest quality we do not force the maturing processes.
We always ship the products. There is no option for personal pick up delivery. We send your order well packed into a massive recycled paper box always as registered and priority mail via the Hungarian Domestic Post or FedEx carriers. Hungarian Doimestic Post option is only available for EU buyers!
Please check the parcel before accept it. In case of any damage please ignore the delivery. After accepted delivery claim cannot be accepted. The system will notify every buyer when the order is completed. After the order is completed and shipped we send the tracking number and tracking istructions.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Shipping fees vary according to total weight (number of items) of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile object.
